Children’s Defense Fund Names Rev. Dr. Cheryl Cook-Posley National Director of Movement Building
Washington, DC— Rev. Dr. Cheryl Cook-Posley will serve as Children’s Defense Fund’s new National Director of Movement Building. CDF President and CEO Rev. Dr. Starsky Wilson selected Cheryl Cook-Posley to take over the position after a nationwide search.

Children’s Defense Fund Board Chair Laphonza Butler to be Appointed to California’s Vacant Senate Seat After Passing of Dianne Feinstein

Children’s Defense Fund Endorses the Red Card Campaign
Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) has formally endorsed The Red Card Campaign spearheaded by The African Renaissance Diaspora Network (ARDN) and the National Council of Negro Women. The Red Card Campaign seeks to end all forms of violence and discrimination against women and girls.
