Thomas Brackeen

Thomas Brackeen is a servant leader with over 28 years of experience working with youth in the Washington, D.C., area. He has served with PG Parks and Recreation, coached basketball, and ministered in various churches. He is the minister to youth and families at Historic Metropolitan AME Church under Pastor William H. Lamar IV.

Thomas founded Keep It Real Fridays, a platform for youth to express themselves through the arts and receive spiritual encouragement. Known as the “Youth Pastors’ Pastor,” he mentors and coaches through national youth ministry organizations and his business, TBJ Enterprises, LLC. Additionally, Thomas is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at The Nature Conservancy, focusing on inclusivity and systemic change.
