Rev. Dr. Virginia A. Lee is an associate professor of Christian Education, director of Deacon Studies, and director of the Master of Arts in Faith, Culture, and Educational Leadership at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. She is the co-editor, with Dr. Reginald Blount, of Let Your Light Shine: Mobilizing for Justice with Children and Youth, the first volume written by the Dale P. Andrews Freedom Seminary faculty. Rev. Dr. Lee is also a co-editor of Raising Faithful Kids: This is the Stuff of Faith, published in spring 2024. She is an ordained minister in the Virginia Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. She received a B.A. from the College of William and Mary, a Master of Religious Education from Duke Divinity School, and an EdD from Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education.
