Michael Young is a charismatic, visionary pastor, community activist, and entrepreneur who serves as the lead pastor of City of Grace Church in Columbus, Ohio. A passionate follower of Christ, his mission is to help others discover their God-given purpose through authentic encounters with Jesus. His ministry has been featured on the Trinity Broadcast Network, The Word Network, and other media outlets. Beyond the pulpit, Young is deeply committed to community service. He has mentored hundreds of inner-city youth across Ohio and currently serves on the Columbus Police Chief’s Advisory Board, the Mid-Ohio Food Collective Board, and several nonprofit boards focused on youth empowerment. Driven by a passion for racial reconciliation, Young has led historic marches, organized citywide town halls, and advocated for policy changes that advance equity. He was the keynote speaker at Columbus City Hall’s first Black History Month celebration in over 200 years and has been honored as a “Future History Maker” by Radio One and an “Emerging Leader” by the Sankofa Leadership Committee. Young is also a sought-after corporate motivational speaker, encouraging audiences to pursue personal and professional excellence. He is a graduate of the University of Akron, where he attended on a football scholarship.
