Diversity Organizations
Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) has developed and sustained long-term national and regional partnerships with mission- and value-aligned organizations who address underlying community issues impacting the most critical needs of children, especially those living in underserved communities. We partner through our programming, policy work, and/or movement building strategies to help advance initiatives focused on making a difference in the communities we serve. These collaborative and powerful partnerships are vital to our work to end child poverty, invest in our children and young people through education and leadership development, and engage and empower our children and families to unlock their confidence to make a meaningful difference in their communities and the world.
Jack and Jill of America
Jack and Jill of America is an organization primarily composed of African-American mothers who are committed to making a difference in their community and across the country. Our partnership, which spans Jack and Jill’s 252 chapters throughout the U.S., enables us to reach more children and teens through advocacy and literacy initiatives that promote the interests of children.
