We Free Us! This panel will explore how communities are creating alternatives to systems of control, surveillance, and incarceration. Hear from experienced panelists who have successfully campaigned for and implemented initiatives that build just, caring environments where young people can thrive—free from police, probation, ankle monitors, and cages.
Community Organizing & Outreach Interactive & Demonstration
“Future Dreamin!: A conversation with young people” —– How can we work together to protect and sustain the future of expanded learning opportunities for children and youth? We are convening a group of youth leaders from CDF Freedom Schools Program and the Heart of Los Angeles to answer this question.
