The Senate will soon vote on the confirmation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Unfortunately, his public record on health-related issues jeopardizes the well-being of children and youth, directly threatening the Department’s mission “to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans.”
Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) strongly opposes the confirmation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and we are urging Senators who represent children, youth, and families across the country to do the same.
Our nation deserves a Secretary for HHS who is guided by evidence, demonstrates wisdom, and is fully committed to protecting all Americans, especially children and youth.
Call your senators today and tell them to vote NO on Mr. Kennedy’s confirmation.
