Lupi Quinteros-Grady became President and CEO of Latin American Youth Center in June 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience serving youth across the region. Under her leadership, LAYC has adapted its mission to meet the evolving needs of the community, ensuring services remain responsive, relevant, and accessible. A former LAYC participant herself, Lupi’s journey from a 14-year-old in the Summer Youth Employment Program to CEO reflects her deep commitment to youth development. Today, LAYC serves approximately 4,000 youth annually across DC and Maryland’s Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties.
