Frequently Asked Questions

How do I navigate the event app?

Home:

  • This is the homepage of the event. You will be able to view featured sessions and speakers, access surveys, click social media links, and see basic event details.
  • There are also quick links to the Attendees and Speakers at the top.

Schedule:

  • This is where you can view your schedule for the event. Click on the different dates at the top to see your sessions for each day of the event.

*Note: You will not be able to watch any livestream sessions from the Event App. You will need to login to the Attendee website to watch livestream sessions virtually.

Community:

  • This is where you will be able to participate in text discussions with other attendees at the event.

Profile:

  • This is where you can view and edit your profile.
  • You will also see sections for Announcements, Messages, Connections, Surveys and Settings,

More:

  • This is where you can view other pages of the event like the FAQ page and CDF Help Center. You can also access the Attendee and Speaker lists as well as the Game Center. Make sure to join the game at the beginning of the event if you want to participate!

I did not receive an SMS or email verification code.

  1. First make sure you are registered for the event.
  2. Check your spam/junk/quarantined folder
  3. Click the “didn’t receive code link” on the log-in page and try again.
  4. Be sure that you are entering the same information that you used during registration.
